I recently booked my honeymoon through Expedia and accidently put the wrong last name in for my fianc. Not thinking it was a big deal, I called Expedia to let them know that I needed to change her last name. Expedia told me that it was impossible to make a name change and actually told me I had to cancel and rebook the whole trip. For me to cancel my trip and rebook was going to cost me over $300. So instead of taking the suggestion of someone who had just screwed me, I decided to just repurchase another flight for my fianc, which still cost me $225. To me this whole thing is ridiculous and I'm asking that Expedia pays me back for the second flight I had to book for my fianc.
