My husband and I have experienced the same exact things that everyone of these reports talk about. We fought for hours with all of the different people that they transfered us to. We finally gave up and thought it was hopeless, we were never going to get our money back. BUT, we did! I decided that I would go to my bank and explain what happened. Our bank gave us back $1196. Within a week and filed a complaint again these idiots who then did refund our money to the bank.
Don't give up! Don't let them win! Go to your bank or credit card agency and tell them what happened! They might surprise you and get your money back for you.
Its worth a shot. What they are doing is illegal. They will try to convince you otherwise, please don't be fooled. You CAN get a refund!!!
