I'm so upset.in 2006 i was stupidly convinced and blind to purchase a "package" from etourandtravel. They've convinced me all these great deals. I fell for it. I have forgotten about it for a few years and they've called me back recently.in now, they've contacted me again asking me to reactive it for another $100 bucks.
I asked them since i've never used the "package" may i have my money back or at least a quarter or it? They have basically laughed at me and asked if i would returned milk that i've purchased from a supermarket? I said, that if it was spoiled and never used, yes. He said that not in this country you can return grocery. Is he insane? Of course you can return something that was never used and not happy with. He tried to continue to convince me to put more money into it and sell the "package" on ebay. I said if i don't reactive it then you will just resell this package? So that is basically stealing from me... He was just getting loud saying i stole from them. They took my money and i stole from them?
He, the manager, which he refused to give me his name, fought with me and made me cry. I told him i can't leave for now to go on vacation because i have no one to watch my sick mother. He told me that i gave an excuse and everyone has problems, like someone going to iraq. I was shocked that he basically mocked me and others. Especially people fighting for our freedom.
I asked him about customer service? He brushed me off and said if i wanted to renew it or not. I told him i will complain about this company online, and he said i was doing him a favor by advertising his agency. And then he hung up on me.
So, basically, i am so upset that not only was he rude to me, mocked me, and hung up on me, but he still has my money for something i never ever used. So, i got scammed!!!
