Back in january i ordered and paid for dvd's in the amount of $106.00 never got my dvd's or recieved a refund. I contacted the company and they claimed the dvd's must of been lost in the mail, they assured me they would resend the dvd's priority mail, instead of media mail. So i waited another week still no dvd's contacted them again and they made the excuse they were waiting for the new releases to come in and then they would send them. After countless excuses i asked for a refund which they said they would give me and it would take 2 - 10 buisness days. Well i never recieved the refund and now they will not answer my e-mails!
