They cashed my money order late last December for 150 DVD's, never sent anything

On December 6 of I sent a money order in the amount of $135 to the P.O. Box number listed for Lowpricesforyou for the purchase of 150 DVD's. At the time, the on-line ad indicated, that I could purchase 100 of the 2hour/4hour mix DVD's for 85 cents each ($85) and I could purchase 50 of the 4 hour DVD's for 99 cents each ($50).

Western Union records indicate, that the money order was cashed in late December. I waited several months, but still no merchandise. I sent an email to Lowpricesforyou to inquire about my order, but the response indicated, that my order could not be looked up on their computer without an order number. I could not give them an order number because they had not provided me with an order number.

I continued sending emails to ask about my order, and eventually I received a "confirmation number". I again waited for about a month, but still no merchandise. I sent more emails asking about my order, and eventually I was asked for a photo ID. I promptly sent a photo ID, waited a month or so, still no merchandise.

I again began asking about my order, and still was told that there "was no record of my having placed an order". Then, suddenly, I received a short email, someone at Lowpricesforyou was telling me, that they finally had received my photo ID, and that my order was being forwarded to shipping, and would be shipped in the next day or two.

They said that I should wait "30 business days". This would be about a month and a half, which seemed rather long of a wait, but I chose not to argue that point. After waiting a month and a half, still no merchandise.

I again asked them what is the delay on my order, and they reverted back to saying, that they "have no record of my having placed an order".

I asked them to locate the employee whom sent me the email claiming that the order had been processed and sent to shipping. The response from them claimed that they "don't know" whom it was.

After being jacked around this much for this long, I twice sent all pertinent details about my order to the P.O. Box number, since I was not getting any progress on my order, but still no response.
