Tica Cabin Rentals in North Georgia withheld funds from the cabin owner for three months before sending payments.
Currently, after being over 3 months late again, they refuse to send payments for November and December for two cabins. They also have not sent payment for the last check sent us that was returned to us for insufficient funds.
They are a rental management company that rents cabins in Ellijay, Blue Ridge and Helen, Georgia areas as well as in Destin, Florida under the names of Majestic Vacation Rentals, Tica Cabin Rentals and Tica Cabin Rentals of Ellijay.
They will not respond to phone call or email requests.
