Been my first time booking a vacation with my family i faxed in my request. To find out that they wouldn't help me without a credit card. Trying to reach an agent was an absolute joke and yet a 2 weeks later, im still waiting for them to call to to try to locate and book a vacation that requires at least 60 days. I have left many, many messages and have e-mail 3 messages because i have no idea how the process works. I am extremely dissapointed with this company and the process.
