Ramada Plaza Report scam, fraud, fraudulent ripoff business, tricked and lied to us ripoff business from hell Fort Lauderdale

I bought my package last year in August. I was planning on taking the trip and I did a search on YAHOO... Now, I find this! I was so excited to go and we are NO LONGER going to go... Is it too late to get my refund of $698? I did not get anything out of my down payment but a video and reservation.

Please help me because I am not going to go to a vacation that I will not enjoy. It's been over 6 months, but can I really dispute this from my credit card?

Also, the intial steps are needed to contact the California General Attny. I cannot find this information anywhere. Also, who else and contact info I need? Please advise and help! I am in need of advice~...
