While we were enjoying a great week in Puerto Vallarta we were sucked into to going to a timeshare presentation. We were promised by the salesman Ivan Zuno & I aslo remember a gentalman named Ron Naylor also Terry Massel that they would purchase 4 airline tickets to return to this resort in October of this year.
Since we have not had contact from anybody at this resort to confirm our return trip, I started doing research on the internet and have found all this information on how other people were promised the same. And according to information i have read the airline tickets return program is no longer available and the saleman were trained not to promote this in June.
Well they sold us on this resort based on the return airline tickets to return. Now I am total convinced that we too have been scamed. And since nobody from the resort will answer my emails I am total convinced. Every article that I have read mentions a Bill Conley Director of sales., I would like a call from him to confirm that the airline tickets will be booked. And that I am not just another victom of timeshare fraud. I enjoyed the property and boasted about it on my return trip home. But did I get mislead in mexico did I fall for a scam to purchase a time share.
Like mentioned I am returning to mexico in October of this year and I will be confronting his resort also I will not hesitate to voice my opion on how I was treated at this particular property. I currently am a member of another timeshare property in mexico and am very happy at the communication they have provided me with. All i am asking for is WHAT WAS PROMISED TO ME & MY FAMILY
dont let me believe that all this info i am reading on the internet be true live up to the promise.
