If you make any reservations at this hotel - Make sure they aren't full. Otherwise you will just be out of luck and have to hunt for another place to stay. They also put you on hold or hang up on you or not answer the phone. They overbook and then just leave everyone hanging - they don't even attempt to find another place for you.
They don't even compensate you for having to go an hour away to another hotel and you also have to pay an extra fee for rental car and extra fee for last minute hotel expense - When you originally thought you had made all the plans before you left home and got on a plane. They don't even say they are sorry.
Asia just puts you on hold for ever - conveniently hangs up or lets the phone sit on the desk as you hear everyone on the other end have a conversation. This is no way to handle a hotel or a business. You call back and ask for the Manager and then sit on hold for another 20 minutes - you call back and ask for the Manager again and then get told there isn't one on duty they are out of town.
Well, why didn't she say that in the first place!? Who wants to sit on hold for NO ONE!??? No common respect for the public - Don't waste your money on making reservations at the ST. Tropez allsuite hotel at 455 east harmon ave., las vegas nv = they don't care about us people!
