I worked for REM. I was ripped off as an emplyee as well. Our script made claims that are untrue. We received charge backs when a customer cancelled. After I contacted clients that had supposedly canclled they had never received their money back. When money was given back to customers I helped to get their money back, (and had been subsequently terminated for generating less than 3000$ per week in scam money) my reserve was charged again. I also had several unverified charge backs on comissions never paid. Finally when I got my W-2 I receive a 1099 with no taxes withheld when on my paychecks TAXES HAD BEEN WITHHELD. Rem lies to you and misleads with fine print. If you used them sue them. I am anti mass torte and class action, but if you paid them get them. They are as bad as bernie.
