Paid $558.00 and $25.00 booking fee, got nothing, out of business - no refunds. Wanted more money to book again

Florida Travel Bureau took $558 for initial payment then wanted 25.00 more to book. We heard nothing even though both checks were cashed. When we called said they would call back - after several calls they called back and said the place we sent booking money to had gone out of business. They sent another certificate and wanted more money. When we called we couldn't get ahold of anyone. The internet site wouldn't let us book. Refuse to give refund or help.
