We bought a $2,000 travel package from Nothing But the Best Inc. That was to include a free 8-day/7-night cruise vacation. We were to book the cruise through World Adventures Travel. We are now told by the telephone information operator that the contact information on the certificate listing World Adventures Travel as the travel broker does NOT have a local mailing address or phone number-no such company exists. We now have a very official looking certificate with no ability to contact anyone to discuss booking options.
When we attempt to contact Nothing But the Best we are unable to speek to anyone who has authority or information about how to use the certificate with World Adventures Travel. We leave messagses that are not returned except by an automated voice requesting we leave a message. This continues the merry-go-round leaving us without help.
