Complaint / review text:
I had purchased a prepaid sun pass i deposited money on the acct at wachovia bank. The money never went on to my transponder so i contaced a supervisor at sun pass. They claim the acct number was not valid and the bank was wrong, they told me they dont use wachovia bank but it states in the manual to deposit there.
I been calling them for days and keep getting the run around about where my money went no-one seems to know. The supervisor i spoke to was ruder than ever. I been doin all the research myself on where the money went and according to the bank its in sun passes acct but they still refuse to add it on my transponder.
The 3rd day i contacted another supervisor and to find out all the info i had about the bank and acct was right but they still are refusing to put the money on my transponder... So they have my money and i have the bank statement to prove i added it and still cant use the device due to them refusing to add it...
