I received a call from Ramada Plaza resort that i have won a free trip from a raffle that I did and that I only had to pay $698. I figured it was a deal cause i stayed at Ramadas before. I was doing research on the resort when i stumbled upon this website. I was astonished that tons of people were getting ripped off from this company and i feel stupid.
I was told that airfare was included but its not. I also found out that the orlando portion of the trip, i have to book it separate from the ft. Lauderdal/cruise portion.
I was told that both portions was included. NOw i'm afraid that i won't be able to book the orlando the same time as the cruise. I'm very scared that i am going to lose my money. Since i credit it to my mastercard, how can i get my money back..
