We have been using the Management Group for 20 years and have - up until this year - always found them to be efficient, helpful and responsive. This year was unfortunately quite different, possibly the result of new ownership/management.
The home we rented was below the high standards they have always had, and was in fact not even clean. The problem wasn't just this, but rather the lack of response from the owner. He waited for months to respond to my letter detailing the problems we encountered. And he probably responded only because of my follow ups.
His explanation was legalistic, explaining they were just agents for the home owners, that this occurred during their busy season, etc. Hardly the kind of customer service one expects when one spends thousands of dollars for a vacation rental.
I will never use them again.
