We rented the vacation home located 7910 Sea Pearl Cir. Kissimmee, Fl 34747 and we paid directly to the management company. We arrive on March 23th, and the owner Mr. Douglas Armstrong had been sell to another family in UK, the same week but from March 26th.
We had been harassment from the neighbor of the house demanding to us, abandonment the house since they argument the management had been made an a double booking. Once we contacted the management, they show us all kind of evidence and the emails send to Douglas Armstrong and Carolyn Armstrong on February 4th by the company communicating the house were rent to my family. Douglas Armstrong send 5 days later an email dishonor our reservation, we knew now, this practice of Douglas Armstrong is frequent, since the management shows us at least five times along he was dishonoring reservations made by the management. We took an a copy of the contract signed from the owner to the management allowing to made reservation in behalf himself.
The owner of the house took the money from the guest coming from UK and our money as well, which was put into his management account, actually his account shows a debt of $2,000 with the current management. Be aware and no made business with these person, he was pursuit for fraud from a guest stayed on November and he denied to give her money back. Douglas Armstrong has an outstanding debt with the previous management company and along the time we stayed in the house, more than five people living in the neighborhood of Formosa Garden, told us, the house is well knowing to cut the utility services since the owner, Douglas Armstrong wasn't paid for the services and many guest stay in the house had been suffer this kind of situations.
