I was bumped off of 2 consecutive flights from Detroit to New York. I was issued 2 round trip vouchers within the Continental US, 1 for each flight. When I called to redeem them, they only had 1 voucher in the system. I called about a dozen times and spoke to numerous customer service representatives and supervisors. No one was willing to rectify the problem. Some made empty promises to have it fixed if I called back within 1,2, 3 business days. Magically, the notes about that disappeared from my account as well.
