I am very frustrated that i allowed myself to be a victim of this companies cheap tricks. I entered a contest online and gave my phone #and email. They called me to say i won atrip and put me on the phone with a person telling me they would ship my prize but they somehow had all my credit card information. They billed me for over $500.00. After i talked to my husband i realized i need to cancel immediately sinc ethe accomodations they explained as first class were n ot at all and the complaints on the company were so many. I called the toll free number and they answered very unprofessionally, refusing my refund and then calling me multiple times to try to convince me i was making a mistake. I saw the complaint on consumer complaints and know they are fraud how can consumers protect themselves from this company and others like them in florida?
