Sunkissed Travel (ST) accepted the money for the flight - but they did not prolongate the validity of that deal longer than 2 years, when I told them about my pains in the spine because of disk prolab. I couldnt reserve my trip in theese days (that was in springtime 2007) for reasons of health, but later the 24 months passed by and ST told me at the phone and in an e-mail, dated 26/02 that I may give the package away to a friend. At 11/June I was informed, that the package is expired and I may reinstate package with a whole new travel packet for USD 198.-, I only must give them credit card No. Etc. Etc.
Now my state of health is not so good, and I must cancel the journey. I am a 72 years old pensioner and want to have the 925 USD refunded, so please help me! Thank you.
