Did not follow through with vacations and lied about what they can do for us

The company lied about what they could do for us. We tried to book a vacation and no one calls back and we want our money back we havn't us it because we don't trust this company. We have trying to get our money back since we signed out we took the free vacation they offered and found out we could of done this on our own for the same price free
