On December 14, I was working at a client's home, when his phone rang, it was a voice on the other end from a representative of Harbor Resorts saying my client was chosen to come down, because he has won a Television set. We went to the address she gave us in Crown Point, Indiana, much to my surprise the trick to it was you had to pick a place, a special place where you would love to vacation, or maybe someday live. So I was all eager to say Montego Bay, Jamaica so as they so eagerly showed me the island in a large portfolio book, they told me if I just give them my information, and put a small down payment of this, I can vacation there anytime without any hassles (yeah right!). I did give them my info, including my bank account, state I.D. Copy. Just everything. Mind you No T.V. Set, had to pick it out of a box to win, the winnings where my earnings to them. So i got to thinking, and I asked Mr. Angelo Callegari (Director of Sales), and Ms. Rebecca Schval (Co. Rep.) if I wasn't able to afford this can I cancel, and they both said yes without any hesitation, as long as I did it within 30 days, all I needed to do was put it in writing, and mail it to the corporate office in Las Vegas, Nevada 89119 Harbor Resort Management 1050 West Flamingo Road Suite S 3055, to be exact. I did all the things I was told to do, and I didn't here from the company so I called, I talked to a Robert Hightower who told me they received my letter, and not to worry everything will be taken care of, and they will remove me from their company's list, and I won't have to pay anything, and they will cancel my contract/agreement. I asked them to mail this to me stating that they (Harbor Resorts) will cancel my agreement/contract, I haven't received anything from them yet, and that was 01/05 when I wrote Harbor Resorts this letter. As the year went by woe and behold one day I am reading the paper, and I see I wasn't the only person who was cunned by Harbor Resorts, and who were out to get out of this, and trying to seek justice, the company told many of them the same as I write a letter, and some others different other ways. Since this has happened to me I have written letters to our state for help, this company is still writing me letters, and now there's a law firm involved as stated above trying to get monies out of me, and this should not be, I did what the company told me to do, and I am still fighting here, and trying to get help, and justice, this is why I am in need of your help.
