I check my account closely today because money is so tight, I have activity on my account that I did not recognize, I called my credit union and they gave me the telephone to call. This telephone number is for Membership Services, Value Plus WC.
I spoke with Susan, but she could not tell me anything, no more than raised her voice at me when I told her I did not request an account with Membership Service. Susan said she would send me a request form to get my money back, I told her that I wanted her to remove me from this account and refund my money today, she said she could not authorize this, I then asked her to give me the name of a person that could, she said there was no name for anyone that could. This continued going on and on, she finally said I could speak to her supervisor, which is Cheryal, Cheryal attitude was worst that Susan, Cheryal said my membership had been cancelled and she would send me a for to request a refund. Cheryal also said that this membership was not fruadulent because I either ordered it online or when purchasing something with my credit card or debit card, and this account was setup in May as a free trial account. Membership Services Value Plus has taken a total of $139.00 plus from me.
