As a condition to become members of Vacation Travel Club distributed by American Travel & Management we informed their representative Mrs. Francine Bauer at the time of signing contract on 06/16/04 that my wife, Natalya Kalmanovsky, and her sister, Irina Menaker, are planning to travel to Russia in September.

We were reassured that there is enough time (three months) to get free tickets to Moscow as one of the benefits of the members of the above mentioned club. We were told that American Travel & Management has perfect record with Better Business Bureau.

We also were told that we can cancel our Membership with American Travel & Management within one year of signing contract if we are not completely satisfied with the service delivered.

We got Certificates of Promotional Airline Ticket Offer at the end of June and sent Requests to American Travel & Management for ticket Vouchers immediately.
After contacting Mrs. Heather Gonzales, New Member Coordinator, during July and August many times and unable to get clear answer WHY we did not receive them we bought tickets by ourselves.

After that experience we decided that the service quality American Travel & Management promised at the time of signing the agreement is not up to our expectations and sent Cancellation Form to them on August 12.
On their Cancellation Form it says that they will contact us within 30 days of receiving the form. We have proof of delivery signed by Kevin Raines on August 14.
Nobody contacted us within a month. I, Anatoly Kalmanovsky, called them in the middle of September to ask for a refund of our membership fee. They refused and told me that they did not receive the Promotional Airline Ticket Offer Form from us. But Mrs. Heather Gonzales has never told us during July and August that. We had enough time to submit another one.

Now for month and half I've been talking to Mrs. Francine Bauer and they still did not send refund.

In the light of this we would like to seek your help in getting full refund of membership fee of $2995.00 we paid them in full at the time of signing contract.
