We rented an apartment in NYC through craigslist and sent a deposit to Marc Anthony Russo's wife Abby Krenrich at 505 laGuardia Pl apt #10E, NYC 10012. The amount was $550.00. We cancelled 2 months in advance and despite their 30 day advance cancellation "policy" we never received the deposit back. We had many pleas per email and each time Marc would claim to be out of the country, or on vacation, etc. We finally tracked down his Krenrich relatives in Cape Cod who had him call us, but still no money. We filed with the Attorney Generals office for internet fraud but thus far they cannot find him. This all occured 10, and 1 year later still no money.
