I glad I found out about all the complaints before I confirmed my departure date. I have had this package for 2 years ($698 deposit) and was going to have my children and some friends join me. If I hadn't became curious about the resort I would have been clueless. I have sent an online complaint to my State Atty's office and the Florida State office and faxed a complaint to Daniel Lambert. Copies of my compalints are also being sent. I hope I get my refund.
I am definetly not going on the trip. I am just disappointed that me and my children will not be able to live out our dream of going on a cruise. But I want to say one thing. Thank God for the internet and thank for people like the consumer complaints and others for making this public. I will keep you updated on what if any refund is given back.
