I called Expedia to request changes to Itinerary 155311563073. I had purchased the trip insurance, in case I needed to change.
The agent changed the airline ticket to the wrong date and did not change hotel. When I became aware of the agents mistake; Expedia would do nothing to correct their mistake. The call was recorded and it was the agents error The representative Stessie told me they would try to get the airline and hotel to credit the trip, but they could not guarantee anything. After being on hold for 2 hours they accomplished nothing. I am continuing to call, but i get the same run around every time I call.
In fact this is the worst travel experience I have ever had. The call center is of course overseas, which I am used to. However, this was the absolute worst customer service I have ever received from a large or small company
