Bait and Switch — Purchased Roundtrip Ticket only received one way ticket

I searched for a rountrip flight from Philly to Milwaukee and found an acceptable fair. When I purchased the ticket and printed out the confirmation I noticed that a one way ticket was booked. I immediately called Cheapoair and informed them of the problem. They said that there was nothing they would do, that it was my fault that I purchased one way ticket, and they would do nothing about the situation. Before I purchased the ticket, I printed out the search results from the screen and they fair that I thought I was booking was in that search. I told them that I had the search results and there was no way I booked a one way fair. They responded that I had to have clicked on a one way fair, that there computers showed that I clicked on a one way fair and that it was my mistake. As a result, I had to purchase an additional one way ticket in order to return to Philly at an additional cost. I told them I wanted to be reimbursed for the additional cost of the ticket and they refused. Once again, they said it was my fault and they were not going to do anything to make the situation right.

They further stated that they never had any complaints from customers about ticketing errors and that they would not do anything to rectify the situation. When I stated that I would be filing reports with the New York an New Jersey Attorney General offices along with the Better Business Bureau and would be filing a lawsuit in small claims, their attitude was "we don't care what you do, we aren't going to do anything about the situation.

I subsequently went online and researched complaints about Cheapoair. I found 5 pages of complaints on one site along with numerous other sites with complaints against this company. The complaints all have one thing in common: horrible customer service and the same ticketing errors.

I thought I was using Cheapair.com which is a legitimate company. If you look at their logo, it is very similara to Cheapair.com. Clearly it is designed to look like Cheapair.com. I will never use this company again and do whatever I can to make sure people are aware of their scam.
