This company is a total scam, and they don't give refunds unless they are made to legally. If you are looking to get a refund, don't waste your time trying to get it from the company. Go straight to your credit card company and refute the charge. Additionally you should report them to your state's Better Business Bureau.
They receive hundreds of complaints, and they ignore them all.
