Bad service

I booked 2 rooms from hotels.com for the 4th of July with checkout on the 5th of July. We arrived about 7:30 P.M. Checkin went smooth. I went to my room without doing an inspection of cleaniness (my mistake). My sister went to turn the light on and it didn't work. We had to move the bed away from the wall to plug in the light. The next morning when i got up i threw back the quilt cover only to discover that there were 3 or 4 large spots of blood stains. (unbelievable).

Next the drapes looked like they had just been taken out of a bag that had been packed for weeks and hung then up.

Then in the hallways of the hotel there was wet white mold growing along the carpet and baseboards that had been removed. Also the carpeting on the hall floors were spotted all over with either rain or urine spots through all of the hotel. Just unbelievable. I called this hotel on 7/6/08 to the front desk (phone rang 30 times) no answer. Refunded one room @ $88.53.
