Don't ever opt for e tour & journey! It ruined our son's dreams of likely to flordia!!! All we got from them was "oh i'm so sorry" before we reserved we asked many questionsd and also the answers that we received were lies!!! We'd over $400.00 in fees that we were assured we'dnot need to pay upon ouur appearance in flordia. We only could consume 2 foods each day and sometimes my husband & i did so without so our son could eat. We'd to budjet for everything. Which really messed everything up. From paying around $100.00 for parking in the resort to additional tickets we'd to by which were suppose to be contained in the package but weren't to some deposit of $300. About the rental car that we were told we'dnot need to pay in advance but will be applied to the bank card and utilized if required upoin return of the vehicle. Then we were told tattoo if we gave them money we'd have it when we returned the vehicle.incorrect!!! They've to mail the refund to us. We'd to visit some friends of ours so we'd have $ in the future home on. (we live in southern missouri and flew from kansas city). More than 300 kilometers. We were also told we'd obtain a $100. Gas card. We didn't!!! Your resort was more than 40 miles in the airport and more to some of ther sights we'd planned on viewing. Tis is simply the end of the ice burg. We shall never again trust a holiday offer!!! Actually!!!
