No money back for van rented

I taken care of a up-grade to some truck from e excursion and go go to flordia. They never explained i'd need to have a creditcard to obtain it. Today i'd like that cash i settled to e excursion and travel for this back they tell me they paid me for this i did so not have it they say after i call them. Someome will call me to talk to me nothing. I dont worry about the little bit of cash i paid-for next year to visit flordia again i simply want my truck money returned to me it had been 348 bucks
