2 other couples and ourselves, just got back from Lifestyle Resorts, and found out that our charge cards and debit cards numbers were sold to someone in Florida who then drained our accounts.
We all used our cards at the front desk and that was to pay for our all inclusive, didn't know that worked both ways.
Also while there I was pressured into buying a membership from them, when all of us knew I would be strapped when purchasing it. "No" wasn't an answer and off I went for a couple of days into my vacaton stressing over it and went to talk to Michelle Bates in the service department who asured me in 5 business days my card would be refunded and the membership would be canceled.
Needless to say, I haven't heard from Michelle Bates but a Vance Paul has told me many times I can not cancel (which I don't see anything about canceling at all on the contract) Also his words..."I do apologize for the inconvenience you have caused with regards to your credit cards, obviously we do try our best to avoid such things happening and we do take this very seriously." Nothing else was said or done!
Needless to say, when reporting fraud. 6 other people from same branch reported the same thing from the same place.
