I was contaced by "household survey" on my cell phone and asked to answer 10 very normal questions..."do you wear glasses or contacts" kind of stuff. Well, I earned a 2 day 2 night cruise for 2 because of my participation. I was emailed a confermation number from a very legit looking website and contacted in the amount of time that they said I would by an Imperial Cruise travel agent.
She read her skit, tried to make me laugh, and pulled off the Brahmudan accent very well until I told her that I wouldn't be paying for the 59$/person port fees today. Her accent disapeared and she wanted off the phone quick. I tried to ask more questions and she just said "some one will contact you" in plain english - not the same giggily girl at all.
Be Warned! The lord knows I could use a free vacation, but after reading some of these comments, you couldn't pay me to take that cruise!!!
