Gave us a different hotel than we booked with and it was nasty!

This company asked for everything up front, we paid them in full. We wrote numerous emails concerning our fears. The women who booked us assured us everything would be fine. Soon she no longer worked there. Our hotel was changed due to "construction" at the hotel we booked at. This was done without our permission. Once in Cancun we were put in a taxi and taken to YET ANOTHER HOTEL. The conditions were terrible, the door did not lock, the room was dirty, the patio door had no screen, and the toilet was clogged!!! We went over the New Year and had a real hard time finding another hotel. We finally did and checked out! We were not going to sleep in that hotel. We talked to the people at IRR and told them we left; we were assured that we would get a refund. That was 6 months ago and we haven't heard anything.

We cannot contact them our emails get returned. We paid for 2 vacations! They owe us approximately $2000. They charged us holiday fee and hotel taxes on top of our $1,445.24. Not to mention the PAIN and suffering in a foreign country!!! It was a terrible experience.
We sent the payment to Vacations INC. 407-226-7155.
This came as a fax to our school and was posted in the teachers' lounge.
