I was checking prices on price line, when I accidentally made a purchase on 5/6/08. I called immediately to resolve the matter and get a refund. I am human I made a mistake. Price line told me that there were no supervisors and that I had no choice but to accept this ticket. I was transferred to six different people till I got someone by the name of Eric from the Philippines. He actually told me that I was out of luck. Not only that my son is 4 years old his ticket was supposed to be a child fare why did they charge a full fare price on it. My name was even misspelled as well as my son's. I left out our middle names because I was researching. I even spoke to American Express to see if I could dispute this. They actually told me that nothing could be done, but that also they in fact did have supervisors that would rectify the matter. I have since called back and have been treated rudely and told that is was tough luck. I used to be ticketing agent and know that for a fact every ticket can be voided if given enough notice, which I did. This is an outright rip-off. I even got back to them to see if I could keep the tickets but just change the date to a few days earlier so I could attend a very important function (which was the point of my trip). Please help me expose Price line for what they really are computer scammers.
