Paid since 8-20-07, call to make reservations, trips cancelled for nonsufficent funds back in 9-07, But they are still taking my money!

I have been paying on this trip since 8-20-07, and pay by monthly installments with a void check sent to them. I called yesterday to set up reservations and was informed that my account had been cancelled. I asked when and they said in sept 07 for insufficent funds. How do you cancel an account for insufficent funds and then still take my money?

I asked why they would cancel my account and he said wait a minute it's been cancelled twice! I asked how it had been cancelled twice if their computers say they never received any money for it in the first place? They said they dealt with travel now and pay later but they were the ones i needed to speak with, they didn't know what was going on? When i asked for the number they didn't know what it was, when i asked how did they connect to them they said by a number they called for confirmations, i said okay what's that number? My answer was i don't know? I asked to speak with someone else he put me back in the pool and i spoke with a woman this time.

She informed me that yes it had been cancel but only once and i that i had paid $698. I said wait a minute if it's cancelled for nonsufficent funds and you guys are not the same as travel now pay later then how do you know exactly what i have paid? Last payment was 4-21-08 and when you add them up it's about that. So i asked her for the travel now pay later she said hold on she would ask someone for the number. She came back on and said it would be in my package and she didn't have it and said have a good day and hung up. I found the number it's 18005610999. The funny part is there the only ones you can deal with about this and you can only call from 10-5 m-f and 12-5 sat and sun but when you call everytime it's busy i've been calling for 2 hours straight! Talk about royal treatment their so proud of! Yeah right! I'm calling my local t.V. Station and then tomorrow i'm going to my court house and filing the paperwork for my money back. Please don't do this but usually if your reading these you've probaly already done it! I hope not please don't do this!
