Went to their sales pitch in November didn't buy, thank goodness! Mailed off certificates Dec 12 received two wrong applications for two round trip airfare tickets any where in continental US, they were for something else. I called VIP they sent me the correct certificates in Jan. I mailed airfare certificate off on Jan 28 and the free 100.00 gas certificate off in Jan 26.
On March 3 I tried to call Jessica from VIP (She was the one I spoke with concerning the wrong certificates) I have some questions concerning how I needed to fill out form. I left 3 messages throughout the next couple of weeks never got a return call so I filled it out and sent it in on Jan 26 with a 100.00 postal money order to a place called CERTS. I received a denial and return check on March 10, because I didn't meet the terms stated on document. If I had received a return call from Jessica (by the way she told me to call her when I received it so she could help me) It is possible it wouldn't have been denied.
I call Jessica on March 11 she said she would send me another certificate. I still haven't heard anything about the gas coupons, she said she would check. I did receive the next step for the gas within the next few weeks and a new certificate for airfare. I then mailed the gas application and 5.00 to Free Gas Redemption on March 25 this also is a rip off, it is May 2 and I haven't received anything. I mailed my new airfare certificate off on April 7 with a 100.00 money order.
On April 30 we received another denial, we still didn't meet the terms and conditions. I made every attemped to make sure everything was correct. I spoke with 3 people Jessica, Laken and Laura from November till April. I think they (CERTS and VIP) put so many stipulations on you it is impossible to get two tickets to any where at the time you need to go, and as for the free gas I have read on usacomplaints.com it is a rip off. I guess I will cut my losses on all of the above and try to learn my lesson there is nothing FREE. They hope you get tired and give up!
