Over-charged, wrongly penalized, different stories on billing! Rip-off!

My loan was taken over by CPS from Seawest Financial in April.in September I was hit with a $22 late charge. I do my payments with direct debit, and have $500 overdraft protection, so I have never missed a payment.

When I inquired about the charge they said it was because they never received my first payment. When I checked my bank statement from April, the payment WAS taken from my account.

Every time I would call I would get conflicting stories from everyone I talked to, but they all said I owed 1 full payment, and late charges for it.

Just when I thought it was going to be cleared I got hit with a $15 penalty. When I asked about that all I could get was "I don't understand why you were penalized, let me transfer you".

This is so painfully infuriating. I am 23 and just now getting on the good side of my credit. If they screw it up for me I WILL be seeing my Attorney General.
