RCI/Resprtcom is a ripoff. The deceptively add additional service tsuch a travel insurance to your contract and only send confirmation of the additional services after the cancellation date for said services, but they will cancel services for a cancellation fee for services you did not signup for.
Their service sucks and they are engaging in deceptive business practices.
Jeff Healy is the doochebag who runs this scam... Doesn't return phone calls... Maybe he'll repond to a lawsuit... We'll see as it is headed his way.
