My boyfriend booked a holiday with this company un-beknown to me as a surprise. Unfortunately what he hadn't checked was that this particular company are giving a false ABTA number which does not represent their company and that the company who is covered by the ABTA number deny any involvement other than being a travel agent for them.
In other words false misrepresentation, and breach of contract as they are selling holidays which do not exist!
