The way that the scam works

In short, "failure to provide services (a promised 4-day cruise based on a promotion)."

We followed there procedures to the letter. Read all the terms and conditions, details of participation etc. Provide written dates to travel, call them on the telephone to confirm and emailed them. No one ever called us to confirm our dates. When we called, they wanted more money upfront for better rooms. Bait and switch. When we would not provide more money, then they never confirmed our dates of travel even though we change the dates twice to accommodate them.

The Scam is to get you to submit money before you have a confirmed date and then not refund your money. The amount is rather small ($246.10) for two people (port authority fees). Our loss $246.10 and the time spent trying to get them to confirm our dates of travel.

Do you think we would sue for $246.10. No! But we would join a class action suit.
