We have a contract with Resort International to rent 4 vacation weeks at the Myan Palace in Puerta Vallarta Mexico. We paid $299.00 on 9/18/07. We have tried to reach them several times by phone, but never get to speak to a person. It is all automated. We have sent 2 email's, and have had no response. We want our weeks rented, or our money back. Can you help us.
