We went on the web looking for cheap tickets. To check on dates and prices we had to give our credit card number. When the dates did not line up we cancled.
Priceline charge us for the tickets and now will not refund the amount. I have found no one to help me.
I did file a do not pay with my credit card company, but it upsets me that a company can do this to you.
