Priceline stole our money. We were forced out by a hurricane and priceline would not change our tickets to get out of town. We had to spend $2,000 to buy 3 new tickets to get out of harms way. Priceline will not credit or refund half of our tickets nor send the agreement they promised as to where acts of god are the consumers problem. They lie, cheat & steal. You will never talk to a person on the phone and good luck writing to them. Anyone have a solution or agency to report them to?
