We have emails saved and all documents saved from this fraudulent company who claimed that they/he, Bill Ellis, would sell our timeshare. He charged our credit card $99.00 and took us for $425.00. He claimed that there was a buyer and as soon as the money transaction took place he disappeared. Only one complaint as of now on the better business bureau, two now if you count mine. I am filing this info and forwarding it to Nevada SBI, and the fraudulent acts department of the FBI which has a headquarters division in Las Vegas, Nevada. FBI probably can't do anything anyway since Bill Ellis is playing around with peoples credit cards and fraudulently making transactions right under the FBI's nose. I bet he is having a good laugh at them.
