My husband and I were contacted in January by Bill Ellis with Timeshare Solutions about listing our 2 Fairfield properties for sale. It was a fee of $199 for the first property and $99 for the second. Fully refundable at the end of 9 months if they didn't sell. We found out at the end of the year that Timeshare Solutions was out of business.
Bill Ellis called in November stating the company had changed names to Resort Resales and they had a buyer for both properties and the price was more than we had expected. We should have known then that it was too good to be true! He assured us it would close quickly and we would have our money by the end of January. At the end of January we were told Bill had retired and Bob Downey had taken charge of our account.
It has been months of excuses from Bob Downey and no money. Now there aren't even any return phone calls. Their voice mailbox is full so I can't even leave messages for them.
