National Travel Planners contacted me about reserving rooms for a trade show in Houston. The trade show "Helicopter Association International" (HAI) is the largest helicopter show in the world. The show is at the end of February and rooms fill up fast.
Cathy Lindsey from Natioanl Travel PLanners made my reservations and sent me confirmation numbers
I made my reservations in October for 6 rooms for various nights at the Hilton Americas-Houston. Their cancellation policy is (was) pretty strict, but the price was decent.
I received a phone message on February 6th stating that my reservations have been cancelled due to internal accounting problems. No other rooms were offered to me and they completely blew me off. I have tried to call and e-mail this company but none of my calls were answered
Fortunately I found rooms but 8 miles form the trade show.
