My Significant other and I were on vacation in the Bahamas where Royal Holiday agents on the street lured us into their presentation. After we signed for membership they gave us a 4 day 3 night voucher for any of their royal resorts in Mexico.
When we returned home and tried to use the voucher along with our 1st membership certificate, Royal Holiday reservation agent in Mexico said he could not do it. We were tranferred and then hung up on.
We spent more than 3 hours and numerous attempts to contact them, finally one agent claimed we needed to attend another presentation in Mexico and asked for more money without giving us a reservation. Tired and stunned by this horrible encouter with Royal holiday, we lost trust that we can make any reservations with this membership.
We checked their web site and were directed to a site that complained about this company and showed the BBB (Better Business Bureau) gave them an F rating. After experiencing such poor service and discovering their rating we called our credit card to cancel. We called Royal Holiday 1800 number and tried to cancel ; they transferred us three times in Mexico then to Miami where they refused to cancel our contract.
