Should not be sellers of cruises/poorest customer service eve

I booked a cruise in good faith with this company. I can never get anyone to talk to me to answer any questions and now I am ready to make my final payment and can't even get anyone on the phone to do this.

I got my quote through Cruise compete and they should not use this company.

This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with.

I tried calling Carnival to take care of it and they will not talk to you unless you booked with them directly.

I'm sure the agents would not mind if carnival talked with clients as long as they still get their commissions.

Stay clear of this company.
